wetly
he stirred the stilled waters
simply because
they were not moving
and in their co-centric rivulets
he peered at the reflection
of Self
nothing changed
still convoluted
clearly so
spirit reverberating
to the boundaries
of containment
to be free
corralled with Dogma
suffocated by the reminders
of Doctrines
passed down through the ages
his only escape
brief as it may be
was in the vigorous stirring
looking for differences
perhaps this day
he would spill
over the edge of the rim
wetly
