no Baggage allowed

as i walked through the wood i listened
to the sounds of Autumn come about
as the Acorns feel to the Mother
Her embrace left little to doubt

Yes, we will all return from whence we come
this much i believe is certain
for soon comes the time in the life of man
when the Show is over and drawn is the curtain

yes, we must all eventually submit
this body we have used in the “Journey of Soul”
with hopes that we can forward our memories
and the lessons this life has told

but as the acorn who falls to the Earth
there is “no Baggage allowed”
as we submit to the Journey to come
as does Sun Light to each and every Cloud

for this is how we learn our Light
and that Life will surely endure
as we but let go and allow self
to pass through this dimension’s door
