i have not thought of

that far exceeds love

i can imagine a path
that leads that way
i can imagine this world
come to be some day

i can imagine a garden
where all fruit’s sweet
i can imagine the eternal
in one heart beat

i can imagine the bliss
know by my inner child
i can imagine a world
that know not guile

i can imagine the flowers
aligned on life’s lane
i can imagine a moon
that will never wane

i can imagine a life
of smiles and laughter
i can imagine a “NOW”
as my forever after

i can imagine my “self”
as i imagine you
i can imagine one compassion
in all that we “ARE” and “DO”
