for the 4th of July we took a drive into the Mountains outside of Heber Valley into the Wasatch Mountains and this is what the spirit of that occasion ushered forth. 1 of 2
Upon the Mountain
drunk from spirit
imbued
children of the future
marching
as cued
into the Halls of “Now-ness”
and our “Highness”
Mother Gaia
welcomes the reverent
the aberrant
the sinner
the saint
your intentions
are mentioned
as brief whispers
faintly
upon the annals of time
and the Clouds mark your glimpse
of your formal presence
the essence of all things
sings
of your grandeur
found in the footprint
you leave
and i beg of thee
to take not leave
of your senses
and record the lapse of discordance
and dance my child
for your “Here” is “NOW” !
Be drunk in the spirit
upon the Mountain
