the Visit
Silence had socks on
which is why
i did not hear her
when she entered
the noisy room
of my busy mind
she left a note
upon the table
of my contemplative reflective-ness
denoting her brief visit
saying . . .
“sorry I missed you,
I had brought a friend
named ‘Epiphany’,
and we had some wonderful news,
and if we can find ‘Time’
we will possibly return
before the Sunset of ‘Yesterday’”
realizing this ‘Joy’ and i danced.
