Windham Hill’s Night Noise

Windham Hill’s Night Noise

the noise of the night

stirs a cauldron

of “put of place” memories

which await these sacred moments

the violin strings me along

re-tuning a consciousness

i now embrace

as familiar

where are we going

oh muse of mine

muse of this reverent pen

let me prone my desires

in obeisance

and feed me wonders

from unchartered valleys

there the collections

of the spirits

of rivers

of streams

of dreams

converge

to harmonize

with the . . .

night noise
